Presented by Mason Egger and Matt Cowley, join us for a monthly dive through snark-filled discussions on the latest in tech news that we've picked out, intertwined with many tangents of dubious quality and relevancy.

Mason is a developer advocate who specializes building community, developer-focused educational content, synthetic data, and Python. He also has advocacy experience specializing in Infrastructure-as-a-Service technologies. His engineering experience includes time as an SRE helping build and maintain a highly available hybrid multi-cloud PaaS. He’s an avid programmer, speaker, educator, and writer/blogger. He is an organizer of PyTexas, President of the PyTexas Foundation, and actively contributes to open source projects. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, camping, kayaking, and exploring new places.

Matt is a software engineer focusing on open-source software and web technologies, with a passion for community management and developer advocacy. He's also experienced in technical theatre, live events and radio production. When not at work, he helps maintain cdnjs, the world's largest free and open-source CDN, and is also involved in js.org, which provides free subdomains for JavaScript-related projects.
